Sr. Data Engineer, Data Solutions

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing Python modules using Numpy, Pandas, and dynamic programming in AWS and Snowflake.
  • They will expand and optimize our ETL and data pipeline architecture and data flow across our Business Portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enProducts optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.
  • The Data Engineer will support our data product owners, developers, data architects, data analysts, and data scientists on BI and Analytic initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
  • They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.
  • The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiative.
  • The candidate will also assist in issue resolution, job orchestration, automation, and continuous improvement of our data integration processes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience with data engineering, ETL, data warehouse, data mart, and data lake development.
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Experience working with Cloud Data Warehouses like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud Integration Tools like Matillion, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, Talend, AWS Glue.
  • Experience with GitHub and its integration with ETL tools for version control.
  • Familiarity with modern data management tools and platforms including Spark, Hadoop/Hive, NoSQL, APIs, Streaming, and other analytic data platforms.
  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is valuable.

Sr. Configuration Analyst

Location

Mason OH - Hybrid - required 3 days a week in office

Duration

3 - 4 Months and Possibility of Extension

Work hours

8AM to 5PM

Pay Rate

$45/hr on W2

Job Description

Must have:

  • This role is about 60% configuration 40% attending cross functional meetings and capture requirements.
  • Able to lead/represent cross functional meetings (this is one of the major skill set that we look for).
  • Require high level roles to build, troubleshoot, and prototype Medicaid products. Capture business requirements with clients, testing execution, and troubleshooting for multiple Medicaid program implementations.

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements

Automation tools

Client’s homegrown tool developed in Informatica. Testing tools: Oracle SQL for data validation and Facets for claims testing.

  • 5+ years’ experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration, Understanding for Medicare/Medicaid.

Data Analyst

Location

Mason OH - Hybrid - 2 days per week in Mason office

Duration

Work hours

8AM to 5PM – 1 hour break (8 hours a day , 40 hours a week)

Job Description

Serve as a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team, responsible for the structure, and benefit plan set up for Client’s Managed Vision Care clients. Provide subject matter expertise for product configuration in the Facets system. Partner with Client cross functional teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy of configuration requests.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working within a core claims administration system.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience writing SQL queries and exporting data from database tables into Excel for analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Operations in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience understanding claim adjudication for member and provider reimbursements.
  • Experience with Facets platform using Claims, Provider, Network, Product Benefit Configuration
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs

Technical Support Coordinator

Location

Mason OH - Hybrid (One Day in Office every week - Friday)

Pay Rate

$21/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)

Job Description

Candidates need to be local, within an hour and a half driving distance from mason location

Remote deskside support chat- training will be in person!

  • Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows – able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
  • Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
  • Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills 

Technical Support Coordinator – Store Systems Support REMOTE deskside support CHAT- Training will be IN PERSON!

  • Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background preferred Monday – Friday for the first 3 weeks they’re with the company, in-person.
  • Once training has been completed, they will go home and after 30 days will come back in for a week for uptraining.
