Step 2: Recruiter Review

Our recruiting team carefully reviews qualified candidates based on the requirements of each position.

If your background is a strong match, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss the opportunity, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps.

Throughout the process, your recruiter will be your primary point of contact.

Step 3: Client Interview

Depending on the position, you may be invited to interview with one of our clients.

Before your interview, your recruiter will help you prepare by providing details about the role, the client, and what to expect.

Step 4: Offer

If you're selected for the position, we'll walk you through the offer details, answer your questions, and help you complete the acceptance process.

Step 5: Onboarding

Once your offer is accepted, our onboarding team will guide you through the required employment documentation and pre-employment requirements, which may include:

  • Employment paperwork
  • Background checks (when required)
  • Drug screening (when required)
  • Employment eligibility verification
  • Assignment details and first-day instructions
